| Previously I was ask if people could bring TV's for consoles and the answer is always a yes. The units provided by the school generally lack the connections required for todays consoles. Also post here if you intend to bring a tv as there is a possibility for too many. |

The standard sets will be available correct?
Unless things have changed, there is one tv on a cart that does not have working RCA ports, two more not on carts that dont work or dont have them, one on a cart that doesnt work, and the other three have them and work. They are all about 27 inches. |

| I asked for all tvs they can supply and in preference to the ones of better quality. Basically I get whatever they happen to have and hope for the best. |

| The school supplied expected + posts here + the expected of people who won't post but still bring. Not very accurate to say the least. |

I can bring two projectors.
1. Sharp sharpvision(my old one) this is the one I use to bring back when TL first started.
Good:
>Throws a really good size picture without the need to move it back 15 miles.
>Can be used as a PC monitor.
>Recently replaced the bulb
>Still have old bulb as backup
>good picture quality(no funny colors)
>remote
>easy to carry around(medium size/has handle)
Bad:(I broke it a while back after taking it apart and not grounding it properly when putting it back together. had to ebay another broken one to fix the first one I broke. This is the finished product.)
>The zoom/focus features are not working so it has to sit the same distance away as it does at my place(which is still a good size picture) If I took the controls off the old projecter I could probably fix it but...
>It's not a particularly bright projector, it doesn't need to be pitch black or anything but the darker the corner the better.
>The replacement bulb came from the broken ebay unit so ehh.....(bulbs cost a grip & I'm poor)
>Image needs to be 640X480 to be displayed
2.Sharp Notevision6:(like the ones in some of the class rooms on campus, but older)
Good:
>Bright I can use this any time of the day with the curtains open to boot.
>New-ish bulb i picked it up before christmas when my old one was broken and it had like 6 hours useage on the bulb.
>Can be used as PC monitor.
> Resolution 1024X768
>Component inputs (which I never use)
Bad:
> picture quality is kinda ...greenish. Slight green ting to the colors(isn't damning but is noticeable) Maybe the bulb???
> Resolution 1024X768 is upscaled so the image is a bit blocky (once again isn't damning but is noticeable)
> no remote or any extras for that matter.(The other projector came with everything, even a damn case)
> Made for a long throw distance so it needs to be moved back a good bit to get the same size screen as the older projector.
>needs some kinda of (no clue what it is) to rca converter to use the component inputs(Which is why I never use'em)
I'd perffer someone(bandito/xero?) get them as opposed to me haul'em in my death trap of a car.(had an accident last semester)
