Door prizes will be giving away randomly throughout the day, freeplay will be going on all day even during competitions, though equipment may be appropriated for competitions.
Schedule
09:00 - Club officers due at event location
10:00 - Door Open to Public, Early setup and freeplay start
14:00 - Competition: Battle for Middle Earth (or UT2004)
15:00 - Competition: Burnout 3
16:00 - Competition: Super Smash Brothers Melee
17:00 - Sponsor/Demo hours and freeplay (and maybe UT2004)
19:00 - Competition: Half-Life 2
20:00 - Competition: Halo 2
21:00 - Freeplay
23:30 - Breakdown and cleanup
And for those who hate 24-hour clocks:

It should be mentioned that nearby there are two other comps going on hosted by EB and Rhino.
EB is having a Mario DDR comp at 2 - hosted by Nintendo.
Rhino is having a Soul Calibur 3 comp at 3 - hosted by them. |

So what all 2d fighters are gonna be played? Also weill halo be FFA,2v2 ,or 4man?
One more ? will the games 2d and halo be played for money?
If no money prizes what prizes can you win ,and for which games?

There are no 2d fighter competitions, as far as what will be played during freeplay... well, that's a matter of what you can get people to play. Freeplay periods are just like any other LAN party or gathering of friends who are gamers. You have the equipment and the games, just have to get people to play them.
