Post subject: I have written the Ultimate Game! Again!

Hey guys, I got a big headache last spring trying to write online code for my Ultimate Game, so after a few months hiatus I am back. For now I'm dedicated to making the hotseat 1on1 game perfect.
Anyway. It's gotten to the point that it is near perfect. Not "Scorched Earth" perfect, and of course not close to being "DEFCON" perfect, ... but much better than "Madden 07" perfect by far.
So, if anyone would like to beta test with me, I'm looking for feedback as I go forward, and hopefully as I get into doing networked play.

If anyone is interested in coming up with AI concepts, I haven't even started thinking about it yet, but would be happy to get into it. Maybe somebody in CSE could use a good project or something? dunno.
Anyway, hope all is well. AU-Fla was great last weekend!

PS. games I've played in the last week:
Combat Mission CMBB (still one of the best, can't wait for CMX2),
GTR2 (just bought it) and GT Legends (really cool, I like it better than GTR2),
Company of Heroes (too scared to go multiplayer),
Oblivion (don't like it, too much a waste of time),
Battlefield 2,
You Don't Know Jack
PPS. I haven't tried Call of Duty 2 multiplayer yet, how is it? |
