Looking for a AMD socket 939 board that I could either borrow or buy. Mine looks to be busted, hoping it isn't the CPU but I'm looking for a replacement to be sure. |

That's why I'm looking to borrow one, so I can test it.
Buying a new BIOS chip now, hopefully all that happened was that it was corrupted.
And its not completely dead. I'm getting the "LEDs of Death" which are 4 diagnostic LEDs on the side of the board that can mean pretty much anything could be the problem. Starting with the cheapest fixes and working my way up :/ |

Motherboard was the problem, found a relatively cheap replacement without having to buy a crappy board (an OEM ASUS A8N-SLI Premium, so I don't have one of those back covers, hah), so I'm good to go.
Still annoyed that I'll probably never know what went wrong with the DFI board. |
