Seriously, the RIAA and friends are using form letters for legal communications. Legal communications are supposed to occur after normal human to human communication fail. Starting at form letter and threat is a ridiculous abuse of the intent of our legal system. It should be responded to in kind with another form letter.
Someone should build a set of form letters for victims of this kind of abuse can use to fire back with. |

oh I agree completely. i also think it is hilarious to see someone who isnt afraid to stand up for their business to such a huge entity as the RIAA, now while I dont necessarily condone piracy, I believe this might be a step in the right direction. they shouldnt enforce their strong arm just to seem like a less "evil" (take that as you will) organization. verbal, face-to-face communication should be first, then those types communications.
