Uh, do you have a non-flash site?

I don't have flash installed in my browsers for various reasons.... Not everybody in the world loves flash... (and you will probably find a high concentration of flash-haters in this group)

I don't hate flash, boo kurt. Flash is useful.

Anyway, post was moved for you; I'll have to visit sometime.

I'm glad you hear about us.

Well flash is okay for a media site, but i mean, why force users to have flash and sit through annoying animations just to get your hours or prices? (Well, I guess Halo players would jump up and down shrieking while throwing their feces at the monitor in joy)

Well, I've been working with flash since windows 95... Just before the release of version 3... then it became embedded in all IE browsers after IE 4... So, it's the most common graphical activeX control, has always been, and likely always will be a good deal of time, especially since the leaps it appears to be taking since the Adobe take-over. For a long time it was practically impossible to find a browser without flash 4 already integrated within the installation, and this is still the case with a few browsers. Granted, I had to compile this for Flash 6 due to the textarea component features (generally I compile for flash 4 if possible, but in this case it was not).

Btw, there is an alternative site... It should automatically give you "alternative links" if you don't have flash 6 installed, those links are extreemly trimmed down, so much so that they should display fine on the average cell-phone... The flash just acts as a fancy graphical shell for scripts... It's meant to be pretty, because thats what gets attention here, and one of my services is web-design. If this were an e-commerce site, and not basically an ad for my business, THEN I'd go completely flash free and predominantly with in-house php... The site fits the need.

I rather like Flash, although watching it get swallowed by Adobe was most entertaining.
