I'm sure many people who visit this site will have their own opinions on this game, but it is amazing! While yes, there are some aspects about that are annoying, what game does not have something like that? The first downside to the game is driving, but it's a Rockstar game....think GTA-style driving. The big selling point of the game was the use of the MotionScan technology to do work on the faces, and it works great! You can recognize an actor by their face rather than just their voice, and it works well in the interrogation and questioning parts of the subjects. On that note, there are sometimes where you think you've got some nailed on a question, but you end up choosing the wrong approach or you have no way to prove your accusation...that's not a flaw in the game, that's just how it works.
If you like Noire style movies and books, or just detective style stories...then you will enjoy this game. If you have any questions, or comments, post here!
Seriously, rent and/or buy this game! |

It's a wonderful game for a single playthrough. Great story, atmosphere, music, and the facial expression mapping was surprisingly good.
I'd call it a renter though to be honest. Not much value after the first run. |
