Why? I dunno, seemed like fun. Not gonna be difficult/hardcore or anything like that (though Tomb of Horrors would be fairly amusing). Anyone will be free to enter...we've already got about 9 people who are gonna be in it, so expect a swarm vs larger swarm kinda game.
This one-shot will not interfere with regular TL stuff since it isn't really an official thing, so it'll take place after all the Saturday tournaments. If they're not done by 7, I'll push this back more. I'm making extra character sheets for those who don't have time/are too lazy to get with me about making a character for it. For those who can make a character on their own, here's the guidelines:
-Level 7
-3 free magic items
-Point-buy system for stats
1) Level 6
2) Level 7
3) Level 8
-Gold equivalent to a level 6 magic item (1800 gp if I remember); spend it how you wish
-Free mundane items...I don't care enough to ask you how many arrows you have
-One small freebie, if I approve
Other than that, pretty much anything goes/ We've got an Alzheimer's wizard to a halfling barbarian to a fighter who's wielding a scabbard.
And yes, I said 4th edition. If you need to whine about how "horrible" it is, go elsewhere. |

Unlimited pitons, flints, caltrops, rope, pitch, and tallow....
I can't see anything going wrong. |

Don't worry, they have to stay reasonable with said items. |

Don't forget jars of oil and mundane poisons.
Perhaps I should show up just for this with my dual wielding thief/ranger/warrior. dual wield back-stab FTW! |
