This is a nice RPG when you have some free time on your hands. Music is good, monsters roam the field so encounters arent annoying, combat is OK for "normal" enemies and has a bit of dramatic flair with bosses since new attacks can only be learned in mid-combat against powerful enemies.
Be warned: this game is HARD!x200 I'd have an easier time beating Sephiroth with an unarmed Cait Sith at level 1 without using cheats than I would fighting some of the normal monsters! Otherwise this is a nice game. |

Good for you. You're admitting that Cait Sith is a decent character as well?
Also, I would like to play it but I lack the means to. |

Well Sven did take out the undersea weapon with Cait Siths lucky limit break that one time (right when you get the sub). |

No, I'm not saying he's a good character. I'm saying some of us have done that. But then again, some of us known the unkillable Cait Sith trick, too. |

Kinda like giving Terra Stray, switching to Maudin, then Zoneseek, the Tritoch, then powerleveling her to levle 100 with tritoch equpied. If you did this right you can have Terra at level 3 starting, and getting Zoneseek by level 12. Then once level 100 give her gem box/economizer and let her learn quick. In battle transform into esper form and cast whatever you care to. With your level of magic power past glitch status, basic fire1 should do max damage, fire2 spread to all enemys should do the same.
What? |

Unkillable? Wow. The least liked FF character ever just became more annoying. |

I call shenanigans, I believe the cast of FF8 minus Irvine, the cast of X/X2 and most of the rest of the cast of VII are far more annoying. But thats what you get when your main badguy is an emo bishie.
Also I even the most elitist Square fanboys will say that Tellah or Gau were more annoying. |

Nah, Gau wasn't annoying. They just didn't get the right monsters. You had to leap the bosses to make him worth his salt. Specifically the final boss. The only really annoying thing about Gau was that he couldn't get the Pugs as a Rage. |

The most annoying FF character of all time:
BYRO
LV1 BMAG
[ ff1 ]
[playable only in the lower regions of pell city FF1 cartridge]
He insisted on being in front of the party, ...
He made rude, sarcastic comments to the passerby...
and came on to his party members.
Although in that same game...
JEFF
LV6 THIF
Did the same things. But he wasn't in front though. And he didn't die quite as much. |

Yes I have to agree FFX-2 should be burned by holy fire, unholy fire and... just good old fashioned fire |
