I still like the idea of Daikatana as the choice. Or team Savage... |

Yes, TigerLAN requires you bring your own computer. If you wish to bring some CAT5, by all means please do so, but we try to provide enough so that you won't have to.
Campus does have a wireless set up, but it's a bit of a pain to use, and you have to be a university student to access it. |

The room should also have wi-fi setup internal, but we most likely won't have internet access bridged to it. Though the wired and wireless networks will be bridged. |

Any teams have a spot open? I'm always lazy about these things. |

I didn't counterstrike, but I watched and it was pretty gruesome! It took forever to end though...How long would you say it lasted? |

We were having fun and playing it through all the way, so just for ReJECTeD to get their ass handed to them took roughly 3-4 hours. I'm guessing another 2-3 for the final match. |

Well, we started a lil after 10:00 or so... and I remember rolling out of Foy around 3:30, 3:45 or so to grab some waffle house. 5 1/2 hours or so of pure CS gold... Team Rejected was awesome to play against, save the fact that while I was on the winning team, I dropped for half the match. I didn't get to play as a CT... |

Hey,
Sorry we missed TigerLAN this year. Just found out about it yesterday. I, and the rest of #Team256, live in Madison, AL. We've been looking for local events and teams in CS:S. Does Auburn currently have any CEVO/OGL/CAL teams?
Feel free to check us out, hope to talk with you later.

Could consider Warsow - everybody could play, since it's a free download, quake 3 style deathmatch. The anime characters turned me off when I tried it almost a year ago, as well as the tiny maps, but their upcoming 0.3 release seems to fix the map issue at least.

Ah yes the quake 3 mods that are now standalone games, Quake has the oddest modding community. |

On that note, check out this q3-mod-turned-full-game from the guys that made my favorite q3 maps: http://padworld.myexp.de/index.php?language=en
You might remember them if you played Q3 (or Elite Force in my case), in the padman maps you find your tiny self running around a huge kitchen, garden, bedroom, city street, etc. They rocked. |
