| Ok folks, first meeting for TigerLAN XII is going to be held soon. I don't know if it's ok to use the usual place (xero's office), and I did host a few at my place, so let me know if there's someplace interesting you can come up with to hold it at. If not, my place it is. I'm thinking the weekend of the 11th. Sound good to folks? |

| The usual Burger King to my office will be fine if that's what you want to do. |

Well, for those of you who are interested, we did have the meeting. We discussed the net gain Gamers had for TigerLAN XI, which was roughly $400. This money will be used to further finance future TigerLANs.
Also, we discussed the possibility of changing/adding/removing tournaments. For instance, since the Xbox 360 has been out for more than a year, we may drop Xbox, or just have a Halo 2 tournament for all the people who bitched. Also, though it's unlikely, we're considering a tournament for the Wii and the PS3, though it doesn't look like those will really be possible until next fall due to limited game library. However, by next fall's TigerLAN, we'll likely have dropped Xbox, Gamecube, and PS2 all together.
Also, there is the chance we'll start choosing games based on genre, not console, but these are just ideas in the works. Stay tuned for more updates. |

jgrasp does exactly what it was designed to do...but that's not its used for...
btw, it was written by james cross, dean hendrix, some other auburn profs and several auburn grad students. A few divisions of IBM actually use it instead of Eclipse, which speaks so much about IBM... |
